Missed Call Alert (MCA) is a Value added service for subscribers which provides SMS alerts for missed calls.

Our system has the power to start an interactive session with your customer by integrating our different API's e.g. SMS, 2 Way Messaging, Voice, Email, Call Back, Call Conference etc.


How it works

When a new call arrives on the number our system automatically rejects the call after one ring and pushes the information on real time to your Web panel/Server along with the Call Number, Time, Location, Operator

Where to use

Missed Call Service is useful for many sectors depending on your requirements, few useful categories are listed below:

• By Operators - Often, mobile subscribers are unable to receive calls. The reason may be attributed to lack of network availability and personal or business engagement among others.

• Mobile Number Verification - You can avoid lengthy forms and can also save outgoing messaging cost for verifying mobile number as our system can push the real time missed call notifications to your Server.

• Advertisement - Three types of Ads may be given through Missed Call Notification.
o Plain Text ads: The ads will have an ad/information message of upto 80 characters
o WAP link: A WAP link can be tagged in MCA for you to click and browse.
